1. Is Hougang Otah halal certified?

Yes, Hougang Otah is halal certified.

2. How many days in advance do I have to place my orders?

All orders must be received 48hours in advance, and our customer service executive will contact you to confirm your orders during working hours. Do call our customer service executive at 64429396/ 62451728 if you are unable to order 48hours in advance.

3. How can I amend or cancel my orders?

All cancellations and amendments are allowed for confirmed orders with at least 24 hours advance notice. Must be notified via email Hougangotah@singnet.com.sg or phonecall 64429396.

4. Do you have any minimum order for deliveries?

Yes, our minimum order is $50.00 and above for each delivery.

5. Do you provide delivery services?

Yes, we do! We provide delivery to most areas of Singapore and availability is based on our delivery schedule.

6. What are your delivery timeslots?

Monday to Sunday including public holiday. Timing from 9am to 5pm.

7. Can I request for delivery in the night?

Yes, there will be an additional $20.00 delivery surcharge after 5pm.

8. Can I make the payments via credit card, nets or cheque?

We do accept cash or cheque upon delivery. Kindly issue cheque to Hougang Otah.
