1st time customer and chose morning delivery between 9am to 12pm. Unfortunately, driver was not able to deliver on time and there will be nobody at home after 12pm. Called Hougang Otah and their service recovery is top notch. They arrange Grab express to deliver the otahs after 5pm. Otahs came warm and my family immediately tasted it. They liked that its not burnt and the otahs came soft and spicy and super flavorful. However, my parents found it abit too salty. But overall flavor is good and better than some brands who grilled their otahs so many times that the fish already harden. Definitely will order again.
